| Detailed Reason (s) for cessation | Due to family commitment. According to Mr Koh Seng Chye ("Mr Koh"), in or around October 2018, he spoke to Mr Wong Ming Kwong (the former executive director and chief executive officer of the Company) of his intention to resign and emailed Mr Wong Ming Kwong to provide 6 months' notice of his resignation in accordance with the terms of his employment. On 30 April 2019, Mr Koh left the Company. After having interviewed Mr Koh , the Company's Sponsor, PrimePartners Corporate Finance Pte Ltd, is satisfied that, save as disclosed in this announcement, there are no other material reasons for the cessation of Mr Koh as the Chief Operating Officer. |
